Returns & Cancellation Policy
Deadlines and Right of Withdrawal Return period: You may return ordered products within 30 days of receipt. Right of withdrawal: Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the products.
Basic Conditions for Accepting Returns For a return request to be officially accepted, the order must strictly meet the following conditions: The order must include all original parts and accessories, and packaging must be returned in the same condition as received. Only normal handling is permitted for inspection purposes — damage from careless or improper handling is fully excluded. Products where hygiene is a factor must be properly cleaned before initiating the return process. Any defect or damage must be identified and reported immediately upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returned products if there is suspicion they were used or damaged by the customer.
Shipping Costs and Return Destination Returns are not free: Shipping costs apply to all return procedures. The buyer is solely responsible for the full shipping cost of returning the product to our warehouse. Shipping address: All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, at the buyer's expense.
Orders in Transit As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement and cannot be interrupted until delivery. If products are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive the products before initiating a return. You may notify us of your cancellation intention in advance.
Return Process (Step by Step) If your order meets all conditions, follow these steps: Send an email to our customer service at general@danuviaofficial.com with the subject "Return Request". Include: order number, reason for return, photo of the product (if damaged or defective), your full name, and your address. Wait for us to contact you — we will review the request and provide the correct return address for our Asian warehouse. Important: Never send the product back to the sender address on the packaging. Always wait for the return address we provide. To speed up the process, please send us a shipping confirmation once posted.
Refund Processing Refunds cannot be processed without the products being returned and physically received. Refunds are processed only after products arrive at our central warehouse and are properly inspected. Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method. We do not refund: return shipping costs, additional shipping costs (if a more expensive shipping method was chosen), or damage resulting from improper handling.
